【About check-in】
The key is in the key box next to the front door. We will email you a PIN to open the keybox after 11:00 on the day of check-in.
【About checkout】
After checkout, please return the key to the post and let us know by email or phone that you have checked out.
【About luggage storage】
Luggage can be stored at the apartment after 11 am on the check-in day. If you would like to leave your luggage before 11:00 am, please check with the coin locker at JR Nara Station or at the tourist information center. (From 500 yen)
Please note that luggage after checkout can not be kept.
【About payment】
I am considered as prior settlement. We will charge approximately one week before your stay from the credit card you registered at the time of booking.
【About the parking lot】
Currently, there is no private parking lot, so please use the nearby coin parking (from 600 yen for 24 hours).
【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellation fees will be incurred under the following conditions, so please contact us as soon as possible.
■ Cancel from 5 days before the stay date - 100% of the first night's accommodation fee
■ No show - The full amount of the accommodation fee
